PCC is looking forward to July 16th – 19th. That’s when our PCC family will convene once again in Winooski’s sister city of Burlington, VT, for our annual Users’ Conference.

This year, our PCC Users' Conference theme is Agile Pediatrics: Thriving Through Change. What does this mean? You've heard the saying, "The only constant is change", right? There's almost nowhere that applies more than in the realm of healthcare. The healthcare industry is changing, and we want to ensure your practice thrives no matter what is on the horizon. From practice management and the business of pediatrics, to interoperability, security, and more, we'll touch on all the ways changes are manifesting in the field. Courses will by taught by both PCC experts and outside instructors. And as always, we will work together to foster a collective repository of tips, tricks, and best practices to help everyone succeed.

July 16 - Preconference & Welcome Reception

Preconference Roundtable: PCC EHR, 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Learn some of the most effective methods for harnessing the clinical power and efficiency of PCC EHR. Join this guided discussion to find out how other practices are making PCC EHR work for them. We will cover workflow, handling referrals, eLabs, and how to use the patient portal. Topics covered will be client-driven, so let us know what you want to learn from the training when you register. Come with your questions. Interactive. Space is limited.

Preconference Roundtable: PCC Practice Management System, 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

If you're new (with under two years of use) to PCC's Practice Management System, chances are you've yet to discover all the time - and money - saving features your system has to offer. This class is the perfect forum for asking questions and learning how to tailor Partner to the needs of your practice. Be sure to include your top discussion topics when you register. Personal billing, form letters, recalling patients. Interactive. Space is limited

Evening Welcome Reception, 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Also planned for July 16 is our evening Welcome Reception, from 6 to 8 p.m. Pick up your UC T-shirt and bag and mingle with fellow attendees. It's also the perfect opportunity to chat with PCCers and pick their brains about which courses would most benefit you.

July 17-19 - Users' Conference

The PCC UC continues July 17-19 with our main event - three full days of courses custom-designed to help your doctors and staff navigate an increasingly complex health care environment and make smart decisions regarding your practice's clinical and financial health.

Breakfast and lunch are provided for all attendees and registered guests.

Registration is included in your Care Plan for all PCC customers with a currently active Care Plan agreement.

Thursday, July 18th - Big Bash

​​​​​Come and join us for the Big Bash aboard The Spirit of Ethan Allen! Attendees and registered guests will enjoy a sit down dinner as they take in the breathtaking views of Burlington, the Green Mountains of Vermont, and the New York Adirondacks as we cruise Lake Champlain. This is a great opportunity for some delicious food, while socializing with your peers and PCC staff in a beautiful setting. Registration is required as space is limited.

Guest Registration

PCC's Guest Registration options allow your traveling companions the choice of attending UC meals and special events, including breakfast and lunch at the conference on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Option 1: Includes all conference meals (breakfast & lunch at the conference Wednesday, Thursday & Friday), the Big Bash event on Thursday and includes a conference t-shirt. Registration fee is $150.

Option 2: Attendence to the Big Bash event only. Registration is $50.

Guests are not admitted to conference classes. There are no extra fees for registered guests ages 6 and under.

Plan Your Trip

Remember to book your room online or via phone (802-865-6600, referencing the PCC 2019 Users' Conference as the group name) at the DoubleTree by Hilton Burlington, as well as your flight if you are traveling by plane.

The discounted rate for hotel rooms in the PCC block is $177/night plus tax. Reservations must be made by June 24th and rooms are subject to availability.
